Frequently Asked Questions

How many people are in each cohort? 

Cohorts are considered full at 15 participants, but we will run a cohort with anywhere between 10-15. 

Please note: To maximize your experience, we keep our cohorts to between 10-15 participants. In the case that we are over or under capacity, we reserve the right to work with you to assign you to a different cohort at no additional cost. 

What if I have to miss a session? 

We strongly recommend setting aside the time to attend every session. Attendance is key in understanding the content and also is what makes this cohort experience dynamic. That being said, we get that life happens! Should you need to miss a session, please contact your Course Facilitator either before or after enrollment to create a plan to stay on track.

Please note: If you have a conflict with 2 or more sessions, we ask that you sign up for a different cohort time slot. 

What if none of the current cohort options work for my schedule? 

As cohorts fill up, we plan to release added times/days that will hopefully work for you! Feel free to contact us if you have a specific scheduling request.

What if my team wants to sign up for a Cohort? 

Please email lydia@po5.us and we will connect you with a member of our team to work with you and your team. We'll help your team get signed up, invoiced, and ready to go! 

We also offer facilitation in organizational settings. 

Are there any added or hidden course fees? 

No hidden or added fees! The Cohort is a flat rate. You will have access to course content, discussions, and more following the completion of the 6 sessions. There will be opportunities to engage the content at deeper levels for those interested, but costs will be communicated at that time.
